Account
Executive (25%)
Trainee Level. You will be assigned to work with a
Sr. Loan Officer. Collect Information Worksheet. Sr. Loan Officer will take care the rest to make sure the
loan is closed.
Loan
Officer (30%)
After closing two loans as an AE, you can choose to work
as a Loan Officer. Collect Information Worksheet Work with Sr. Loan Officer to identify loan program best
fit for borrowers. Meet Borrowers to have application signed and collect required
documents.
Senior
Loan Officer (40%)
After closing 5 loans as a loan officer, you qualify to work
as a Sr. Loan Officer. Help AE and LO to determine the loan program. Work
with Processing Center to make sure the Loan is done on the
timely manner. Prepare Loan application.
Regional
Loan Officer (50%)
Must have trained 3 Sr. Loan Officers to qualify at this
level.
Notes: A 10% Payroll tax deduction will be deducted
from your gross payout at all level. Please note that
the compensation is designed to pay out more as your work
load increases. This is NOT a multilevel system. There are no entry fee to join our company.

Scenario
1
Mr. A came on board and work a few months as a Loan Officer
(40%). He closes about 4 loans a month . Assuming
the average loan amount is $200,000 and with the average 2
point commission.
100% Commission: 2 x $2000 = $4,000
4 loans:
$4,000 x 4 = $16,000
Loan Officer share at 40% = $6,400 less 10% payroll
tax = $5,760
Scenario
2
Mr. B is working as a Sr. Loan Officer (50%). He close
only one loan a month with his personal effort. He trains
2 Loan Officers and 3 Account Executives who also bring in
one loan each. Assuming the average loan amount is $200,000
and with the average 2 point commission.
100% commission: 2 x $2,000 = $4,000
Sr. Loan Officer personal Commission at
50% = $2,000
Training Compensation for 2 LO at 10%
each: 2 x $400 = $800
Training Compensation for 3 AE at 20%
each: 3 x $800 = $2,400
Total Income including personal effort
and training Com. = $5,200
